Abstract (2. Language):
This study examines ideological origins and ordering means of totalitarianism.
Naturally it deals with the philosophical circumstances which established totalitarianism
as an social relation and a political system, in short as a mode reflecting totaly to daily
life. This study attempts to bring a new approach into clarifying “totalitarianism”. I shall
compare the theories of politic roads to serfdom setting out these arguments. I shall also
going on comparing these theories deeper in historical, traditional and philosophical
roots from the point of view of afore mentioned politic legitimacy theories in the
political thought by the book written on totalitarianism, “The Road to Serfdom”, by the
liberal philosopher Friedrich Auguste von Hayek.

Bu çalışma totaliterizmin ideolojik kökenlerini ve toplumsal düzenleme
araçlarını incelemektedir. Çalışma doğal olarak totaliterizme bir sosyal ilişki ve siyasal
bir sistem, kısaca hayatın tümüne yansıyan bir sistem olarak, onun felsefi şartlarını ve
ilkelerini ele almaktadır. Çalışma, totaliterizme yeni bir yaklaşım getirmeye
çalışmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, insanları köleliğe götüren siyasal yol işaretlerini
karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alacağım. İnsanları köleliğe sürükleyen totaliterizmin tarihsel,
geleneksel ve felsefi kökenlerini, siyasal meşruiyet teorileri konusunda siyasal
düşüncelerde önemli bir yere sahip olan liberal düşünür Friedrich Auguste von Hayek
‘in “Kölelik Yolu” eseri çerçevesinde karşılaştıracağım.
