The management of organizational climate is an important means of improving creativity and innovation. In addition, researches have shown that factors of organizational climate are related to outcomes such as job satisfaction, intentions to leave, commitment, job performance. Organizational climate is conceptualized as a summary perception which people have of an organization. Similar types of organizations may share common charecteristics, but each organization will have its own climate, or internal environment. The goal of this study was to empirically investigate the impact of organizational climate dimensions (organizational creativity, supervisory support, team support and challenging work) that support creativity on job satisfaction and intentions to leave. The findings of research suggest the need for work environment that encourages employees for creativity that are conducive to job satisfaction and intention to leave.
