Abstract (2. Language):
This study seek for answers to questions of how organizational theory emerge, which foundations are basis for it, and completeness of these foundations. On this context, different organizational studies and perspectives developed are discussed, and divergent and convergent points are tried to be presented. A common definition for the concept of organization is searched with regard to different perspectives. The study argues deficiencies of the perspectives and thus suggests that organization theory is not based on a complete set of perspectives or thoughts. The study finally offers new researches for new perspectives.
