The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between employee attitude against illegal electricity usage, organizational justice and job satisfaction factors, and also to determine the differences between the working groups among the mentioned variables. For this aim, questionnaire based on the illegal electricity usage was separately applied to analyse the attitudes of totaly 142 employees of the electricity distribution company for each Kutahya, Aksaray and Mardin cities. The results showed that employee attitude is positively correlated with both justice and job satisfaction factors. Employee attitude and some organizational justice and job satisfaction dimensions were found distinctive according to cities.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, kaçak elektrik kullanımına karşı çalışanların tutumları ile örgütsel adalet ve iş memnuniyeti değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri analiz etmek, aynı zamanda değişkenler açısından çalışma gruplarına göre farklılıkları saptamaktır. Bu amaçla Kütahya, Aksaray ve Mardin illerindeki elektrik dağıtım şirketi çalışanlarının kaçak elektrik kullanımı ile ilgili tutumlarının incelenmesi için toplam 142 çalışan üzerinde kaçak elektrik kullanımı temelinde hazırlanan anket çalışması ayrı ayrı uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çalışan tutumu ile örgütsel adalet ve iş memnuniyeti değişkenleri arasında olumlu yönlü ilişki tespit edilmiştir. İllere göre çalışan tutumu, örgütsel adalet ve iş memnuniyeti boyutları açısından farklılıklar olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.
