Maronites lived under the power of Mamluks for about two centuries. Throughout this period Franciscan missioner priests had a great contribution to last the relations begun during the period of crusades between Maronites and the Rome Church. İn this article, we will try to study the activities of the Franciscan missioner priest's to catholize the Maronites during the period of Mamluks.

Maruniler, yaklaşık iki asır Memlüklerin idaresi altında yaşamıştır. Bu dönem boyunca, Marunilerle Roma Kilisesi arasında Haçlılar döneminde başlamış olan ilişkilerin devam ettirilmesinde ve geliştirilmesinde Fransisken misyoner rahiplerin büyük rolü olmuştur. Biz, bu makalede Memlükler dönemi boyunca Fransisken misyonerlerinin Marunileri Katolikleştirme faaliyetlerini inceleyeceğiz.
