Abstract (Original Language):
Türkiye’deki büyük işletmeler Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk (KSS) faaliyetlerine son 10 yılda önem vermişlerdir. Buna karşın küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler (KOBİ), çeşitli nedenlerle (finansal, insan kaynakları, çalışma koşulları, kültür vb. sorunlar) sürdürülebilir bir çevre için KSS’nin önemli olduğunu fark etseler dahi hayata geçirmekte zorlanmaktadırlar. Bu araştırmanın amacı Nazilli’deki KOBİ’lerin KSS konusundaki durumlarını ve tutumlarını ortaya koyabilmektir. Araştırmanın sorunu, KOBİ’lerin kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk politikalarından hangilerini uyguladıklarını belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırma sahası Nazilli’deki 40 KOBİ’yi kapsamıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan SPSS analizlerine göre işletmelerin sahip/yöneticileri ve diğer yöneticileri işletme politikaları (çalışan, çevre, pazar ve toplumla ilişkileri)’nin belirlenmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadırlar.
