Abstract (2. Language):
This study is aimed at casting light on the socio-psychological origion
of economic and political transformations. The relation between ideological
imaginations and construction of personalities was considered as the cause of
social transformations. In this process, human-beings construct their
personalities as their own special configurations under the macro and medium
cognitive processes that dominate the social conditions of the historical period
in which they maintain their lives. The cognitive processes are composed of
ideological thought beliefs and stereotypes. The dominant one of them in any
historical-sociological period establishes its own social, political and economic
system by giving precedence to some of the classes or groups that represent the
tendecies which are in conflict with each other within theb society and to some
of the drives within the individual and repressing the others. What has shaped
the cocnitive process is the ideological imaginations which the production
tecnique has caused. There are two dynamics of social transformations. The first
is the change of production tecnique. The second is the collapse of the existent
utopia. When the production tecnique has changed, the transformation suitable
to the new socio-economic conditions is unavoidable. The new ideologies
appear as the new utopias full of expectations and hopes within the society and
dominant one creates the transformation. But, it produces its own disappointing
results in the reality instead of the expectations and hopes which has inspired.
Actually, these expectations and hopes are not other things than the
imaginations which they have transferred by the mechanism “perception and
projection” from their own inner world. This illusion makes the disappointment
inevitable. As a result of this process, new other utopias appear again. And, the
expectations and hopes which they have inspired form the energy of re-transformation.

Çal 8ma, iktisadi ve siyasal dönü8ümlerin sosyo-psikolojik kökenini
ortaya koymay amaçlamaktad r. Çal 8mada, ideolojik kurgular ile bireysel
ki8ilik kurulumlar aras nda ba; kurulmakta ve toplumsal dönü8ümler bu
ili8kinin sonucu olarak ele al nmaktad r. An lan süreçte, bireyler ki8iliklerini,
makro ve medyo bili8sel süreçlerin kendine özgü konfigürasyonlar olarak
gerçekle8tirmektedir. Bili8sel süreç ideolojik dü8ünce, inanç ve yarg lardan
olu8maktad r. Toplumsal-tarihsel sürece hakim olan ideolojiler, toplumsal iç
çeli8kileri temsil eden s n flar ve gruplar ile bireysel iç çeli8kileri temsil eden iç
e;ilimlerden baz lar n ön plana geçirip di;erlerini bask layarak kendine özgü
iktisadi, sosyal ve siyasal bir düzene yol açmaktad r. Bu süreci biçimleyen olgu,
üretim biçiminin ortaya ç kard ; ideolojik kurgulard r. Toplumsal
dönü8ümlerin iki farkl dinami;i ortaya ç kmaktad r. Birincisi üretim
biçimindeki de;i8im, ikincisi ise ütopyan n çökü8üdür. Üretim biçimi
de;i8ti;inde ortaya ç kan sosyo-ekonomik ko8ullara uygun bir toplumsal
dönü8ümkaç n lmaz olmaktad r. Bu süreçte ideolojiler umut veren ütopyalar
ortaya ç kmakta ve bask nolan toplumsal dönü8ümü yaratmaktad r. Ancak
içinde ta8 d ; yan lsamalar nedeniyle hayal edileni de;il; aksi sonuçlar
üretmektedir. Asl ndaütopyalar ninsanlarda uyand rd ; hayal ve umutlar,
gerçekte, alg ve yans tma mekanizmalar yla, kendi iç dünyalar ndan
aktard klar imgelerden ba8ka bir 8ey de de;ildir. Bu nedenle yan lsama ve dü8
k r kl ; kaç n lmaz olmakta ve bu süreçte yeni ütopyalar ortaya ç kmaktad r.
