Abstract (2. Language): 
This study was prepared for, to display the acting factors of the degree of job satisfaction to the staff of the accountant department of the public institutions and to analyse the relation between the factors which are to having from the researches and the degree of the job satisfaction of the workers. For this aim a questionnaire was prepared and used in the study. According to results, the total work efficiency doesn’t change according to the employee’s gender, age groups, marital status, educational level and professional experience. According to employee’s profession, job satisfaction is higher in financal services assistant experts. According to the research the staff who has no education are inefficient in their jobs.

Bu çalışma; kamu kuruluşlarının muhasebe bölümlerinde görevli personelin iş tatmin düzeylerine etki eden faktörleri ortaya koymak ve elde edilen faktörler ile çalışanların iş tatmin düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda bir anket formu hazırlanmış ve çalışma bu anketten elde edilen veriler üzerine inşa edilmiştir.Yapılan araştırmada elde edilen veriler ışığında; çalışanların cinsiyetine, yaş gruplarına, medeni durumuna, eğitim durumuna ve mesleki deneyimine göre toplam iş tatmini değişmemektedir. Çalışanların unvana göre iş tatmini, mali hizmetler uzman yardımcısında daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Araştırmaya göre, muhasebe eğitimi almamış personellerin iş tatminlerinin düşük olduğu görülmüştür.
