Abstract (2. Language):
No doubt, globalization has become one of the most important progresses that
deeply affect the world beginning from the last quarter of the 20th century. Globalization
movements have showed their effects clearly on economic area as well as socio-politic and
cultural areas. Especially, new techniques have been developed related to the financial and
foreign trade areas, according to this, big increases both in absolute volume of and in
proportions of international trade have been observed. At this point, the main analysis area of
our study, foreign trade, technology finance in Turkey and in the World, research and
development process and venture capital. While these analyses are made, comparisons which
are based on the related parameters for Turkey and related countries are made. However,
aiming to make venture capital as a tool for financing investment in the future, venture capital
which is new in Turkey is analyzed deeply based on its usage process and its intuitions.

Yirminci yüzyılın son çeyreğinden itibaren dünyaya damgasını vuran gelisme hiç
kuskusuz küresellesmedir. Küresellesme hareketleri sosyo-politik ve kültürel alanda olduğu
kadar ekonomik alanda da etkilerini çok belirgin bir sekilde göstermistir. Özellikle finansal
piyasalara ve dıs ticarete iliskin yeni teknikler gelismis ve buna paralel olarak uluslararası
ticarette, gerek mutlak hacim ve gerekse oransal olarak, büyük artıslar görülmüstür. Bu
noktada çalısmamızın temel inceleme alanı Türkiye’de ve dünyada dıs ticaret, teknoloji
finansmanı, ar-ge prosesi ve risk sermayesidir. Bu inceleme yapılırken Türkiye ve diğer
ülkelere iliskin ilgili parametreler bağlamında karsılastırmalar yapılmıstır. Bununla birlikte,
gelecekte yatırımların finansmanı için risk sermayesinin bir araç haline gelmesi amacıyla,
Türkiye’de yeni olan risk sermayesi, kullanım süreci ve ilgili kurumlar derinlemesine
incelenmistir.
