Abstract (2. Language):
The courses are discusses within a program in our vocational high school. The responsibility of discussing and
applying the courses is installed to instructors. Instructors, who engaged academic studies and provided the
consulting service for students, are continued their courses, taking time in their private time and dealt with the
students. Developing by technology, coming an innovation for industry and instructors are possibly updated by
themselves. But, working the vocational training is quite difficult in this way. Because, teaching is not to be one
way, if teaching is to be two way, it achieves its purpose. In the observations and research, it was found to be
expectation of instructors about the vocational education and training from students. But generally, instructors
had been criticized. In this study, make a survey for working of instructors in Malatya Vocational High School.
Examining the results of the survey tried to be what is the situation and the problem of students taking
vocational training, what can be done, from with overview of instructors and to be offered suggestions.

Meslek yüksekokulumuzda ders programı dâhilinde dersler anlatılmaktadır. Derslerin anlatılmasında ve
uygulanmasında sorumluluk dersi anlatan öğretim elemanlarına yüklenmiştir. Akademik çalışmalar yapan ve
öğrenci danışmanlık hizmeti de veren öğretim elemanlarımız, özel zamanlarından da vakit ayırarak derslerini
devam ettirmekte ve öğrencilerle ilgilenmektedir. Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle mesleklere yenilikler gelmekte ve
öğretim elemanlarımızda kendilerini mümkün olduğunca güncellemektedir. Ancak mesleki eğitimin bu yönde
işlemesi oldukça zordur. Zira öğretim tek yönlü değil iki yönlü olduğunda amacına ulaşmaktadır. Yapılan
gözlemlerde ve araştırmalarda öğretim elemanlarının mesleki eğitim ve öğretim konusunda öğrencilerden
beklentileri oldukları gözlenmiştir. Ancak genellikle eleştirel bakılan öğretim elemanları olmuştur. Bu çalışmada
Malatya Meslek Yüksekokulunda görev yapan öğretim elemanlarına anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Anket
çalışmasının sonuçları irdelenerek mesleki eğitim gören öğrencilerin durumunun ve sorunlarının ne olduğu,
neler yapılabileceği, öğretim elemanlarının bakış açısıyla tespit edilip, öneriler sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.
