It’s observing that rapidly advancing technology is quiet effective in education as all fields in human life. Today, many software and hardware are produced in education area by helping spread of mobile technology. Location of mobile technology in education and how it should be used are other objects must be questioned especially in preschool age. Pre-school education is very important period because of contains children’s the fastest time of the child’s development. In Turkey, 1.156.661 children got pre-school education according to 2014-2015 data. In this article, tests have been performed on a sample application for determine contribution how to aim of physical, mental and emotional development of pre-school education. Practical advices are given to the educators by determining positive-negative thoughts and behaviors of teachers and students.

Hızla ilerleyen teknoloji, insan hayatının her alanında rol aldığı gibi eğitim alanında da oldukça etkili olduğu gözlemlenmektedir. Günümüzde mobil teknolojilerin yaygınlaşması sonucu eğitim alanında da yardımcı birçok yazılım ve donanım üretilmektedir. Özellikle okul öncesi dönemde; mobil teknolojilerinin eğitimdeki yeri ve nasıl kullanılması gerektiği çokça sorgulanması gereken bir konudur. Okulöncesi eğitim, çocukların gelişimlerinin en hızlı olduğu dönemlerden biri olduğu için oldukça önemli bir süreci kaplamaktadır. Türkiye’de 2014-2015 verilerine göre 1.156.661 çocuk okul öncesi eğitim almaktadır. Bu makalede mobil teknolojilerin, okul öncesi eğitimin amaçları arasında yer alan bedensel, zihinsel ve duygusal gelişiminin sağlanması amacına nasıl katkı sağlayacağının tespiti için örnek bir uygulama üzerinde testler yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin olumlu-olumsuz düşünce ve davranışları tespit edilerek eğitimcilere pratik tavsiyeler verilmektedir.
