Abstract (2. Language):
Today, when viewing the populism, as a dominant spirit of time, together with the spirit-history relation established by Hegel and the thought of holism in the dialectical system, the reflections of populism can be seen everywhere. The prevailing worldview of a certain period shapes the individual, the society, the state and reflects itself in every of them. In this context, the relationship between authoritarianism and political populism’s rising in the world, together with Hegel's understanding of historical spirit and the concept of zeitgeist, constitutes the subject of this study. At the same time, for to make today’s developments more understandable, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, is commentated as a carrier leader of unequal equilibrium defined in Hegelian philosophy and rising authoritarian populism. Depending on this, a reading is attempted through the Donald J. Trump example, with the link of Hegelian philosophy and the spirit of the period. The study concludes with the conclusion part on the commenting of the presented informations and results with the linkage of Hegel, zeitgeist, populism, authoritarian populism, political discourse and Trump. Also presented the rusults of the assessments on the social issues that come with today’s dominant spirit of time populism can be considered within the dialectical system’s social integrity.

Günümüzde dönemin egemen ruhu popülizme, Hegel’in kurduğu tin-tarih ilişkisinde ve diyalektik sistemindeki bütünsellik düşüncesiyle birlikte bakıldığında, her yerde yansımaları izlenebilmektedir. Belli bir dönemin hakim dünya görüşü, bireyi, toplumu, devleti de şekillendirmekte ve kendini her birinde yansıtmaktadır. Bu kapsamda dünyada yükselen otoriterleşme ve siyasal popülizm ilişkisinin, Hegel’in tarihsel tin anlayışı üzerinden ve zeitgeist kavramıyla birlikte ele alınması bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bununla birlikte günümüz gelişmelerini daha anlaşılır kılabilecek bir örnek olarak, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin 45. Başkanı olan Donald J. Trump, Hegelyan felsefe ve yükselen otoriter popülizm içinde tanımlanmış olan eşitsiz dengenin taşıyıcısı bir lider olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bağlı olarak, Donald J. Trump örneği üzerinden bir okuma, Hegelyan felsefe ve dönemin ruhu ile ilişkilendirilerek yapılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Çalışma, ortaya konmuş olan bilgi ve bulguların Hegel, zeitgeist, popülizm, otoriter popülizm, siyasal söylem ve Trump bağlantısı içinde değerlendirildiği sonuç bölümüyle sona ermektedir. Ayrıca günümüzün egemen ruhu popülizmin beraberinde gelen toplumsal konulara yönelik yapılan değerlendirmelerin de diyalektik sistemin toplumsal bütünlüğü içerisinde düşünülebileceğine dair sonuçlar ortaya konulmaktadır.
