Abstract (2. Language): 
With the spread of using internet based applications in the public administration for providing high quality public services to citizens, attempts to develop e-government capacities in local governments have also increased. E- municipality services have now come to be one of the fastest growing applications of e-government applications at the local level. The experiences of the countries which considerably improved their e-government capacities reveal that e-government applications are to be implemented in harmonious with the local governments. In the light of advanced countries’ experiences, this study firstly deals with the concept of e-government, e-municipality and the spread of e-municipality applications in the world and Turkey. Then, the paper presents and discusses the findings of an empirical research about the e-municipality applications in Konya city and its districts. Finally, the results of the current research and findings of other similar studies in Turkey have been compared and evaluated in order to provide further insights to interested public.

nternet teknolojisinin kamu yönetiminde yaygın bir sekilde kullanılmaya baslamasıyla birlikte merkezi yönetim dısında yerel yönetimlerde de e-devlet uygulamalarına yönelik çabalar artmıstır. E-devletin önemli ve tamamlayıcı bir parçası e-belediye uygulamalarıdır. E-devlet çabaları alanında gözle görülür bir gelisme kaydeden ülkelerde e-devlet uygulamalarının yerel yönetimlerle uyumlu oldugu ve birlikte yürütüldügü görülmektedir. Bu baglamda çalısmada, e-devlet kavramı, e-belediye, dünyada ve Türkiye’de e-belediye uygulamaları konularına yer verilmektedir. Diger taraftan Türkiye’deki e-belediye uygulamalarına ısık tutması açısından Konya’daki tüm ilçe ve belde belediyelerinin e-belediye uygulamalarını tespit etmeye yönelik arastırma sonuçları ele alınmaktadır. Bu dogrultuda Türkiye’de e-belediye konusunda yapılmıs diger çalısmalarla bu arastırmada elde edilen bulgular birlikte degerlendirilerek Türkiye’deki e-belediye uygulamalarına yönelik sonuçlar ortaya konulmaya çalısılmaktadır.
