Bu çalışmada, üç boyutta incelenen örgütsel adaletin (dağıtım, işlem ve etkileşim adaleti), üç kategoride ele alınan saldırgan davranışlar (düşmanca davranışlar, engelleme davranışları ve açık saldırgan davranışlar) üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada iki model geliştirilmiştir. Birinci modele göre algılanan örgütsel adaletin sırasıyla düşmanca davranışlar (R2=0.434), açık saldırgan davranışlar (R2=0.212) ve engelleme davranışları (R2=0.022), üzerinde etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. İkinci modele göre de, saldırgan davranışlara neden olan örgütsel adalet türlerinin de sırasıyla işlem adaleti (R2=0.400), dağıtım adaleti (R2=0.227) ve etkileşim adaleti (R2=0.089) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak algılanan örgütsel adaletin örgütlerdeki örgüt içi saldırgan davranışların önemli nedenlerinden biri olduğu söylenebilir.
