This research aims to analyze the relationship between organizational socialization and career anchors perceptions of individuals working in banking sector. In this research, a questionnaire was given to the employees of five private banks that have operations in European side of İstanbul. As a result, positive medium relationship is found between organizational socialization and career anchors perceptions of individuals. Also, according to the demographic characteristics (gender, education) no difference is found for the perception of organizational socialization perceptions.

Araştırma, bankacılık sektöründe çalışan bireylerin örgütsel sosyalleşme ve kariyer çapalarına yönelik algılamaları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, İstanbul’un Avrupa Yakası’ndaki beş özel bankanın çalışanlarına yönelik anket düzenlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışanların örgütsel sosyalizasyon ile kariyer çapalarına yönelik algılamaları arasında pozitif yönlü orta derecede bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların demografik özelliklerine (cinsiyet, eğitim durumu) göre örgütsel sosyalizasyon algılamalarının herhangi bir farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir.
