Abstract (2. Language): 
In this paper, we introduce and discuss minimal -open sets in topological spaces. We establish some basic properties of minimal -open sets and provide an example to illustrate that minimal -open sets are independent of minimal open sets introduced and discussed in [3]. We obtain some properties of pre -open sets using properties of minimal -open sets. As an application of a theory of minimal -open sets, we obtain a sufficient condition for a -locally finite space to be a pre -T2 space.
