Abstract (Original Language):
Friedreich ataksisi nadir görülen, herediter, nörodejeneratif bir hastalıktır. Kardiyak, pulmoner ve endokrin bulgular görülmekle beraber nörolojik bulgular ön plandadır. Motor nöron hastalığı olmasından dolayı kas gevşetici kullanımına özel dikkat gerektirmektedir. Sunumuzda akut apandisit nedeniyle opere edilen Friedreich ataksili 24 yaşındaki kadın hastada anestezik yaklaşımımızı aktarmak istedik.©2008, Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi
