Abstract (2. Language):
In accordance with the aim of increasing the renewable energy sources in Turkish power system, the optimum wind power generation capacity in the power system shall be maximized. Since 52,6% of raw materials for operation of conventional electricity generation sources (e.g. natural gas) are imported, the integration of wind power plants to the Turkish power system plays a critical role in Turkish economy. In order to maximize the capacity of wind power plants and keep the stability constant in the system, Turkish Grid Code also needs to be detailed and expended. There are several requirements defined in transmission and distribution system grid codes in the World and in our country for stable connection of renewable energy sources. In this paper grid codes of several countries is examined and afterwards simulation models and connection assesment of wind power plants are explained.

Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının maksimum düzeyde kullanılması için elektrik iletim/dağıtım sistemimize bağlanabilecek optimum yenilenebilir elektrik üretim kapasitesinin artırılması için her bağlantı noktası için dinamik analiz yapılması gerekmektedir. Rüzgâr enerjisinin şebeke entegrasyonunun artırılması için değişken formasyonun elektrik şebeke yönetimi açısından yönetilebilir hale getirilmesi hatta bu tesislerin şebeke gereklilikleri açısından pozitif yararlanılması elektrik üretimimizin %52,6’sının ithal kaynaklarla karşılayan ülkemiz için sebebiyle kritik öneme sahiptir. Yenilenebilir enerji üretim santrallerinin elektrik şebekesine entegrasyonu çalışmalarına katkı sağlamak için rüzgar elektrik üretim santralinin modellenmesini içeren ve şebeke ile senkron çalışırken yeteneklerinin irdelenmesi üzerindeki durulmuştur. Bu amaçla mevzuat altyapısının genişletilerek detaylandırılması ve elektrik üretim santral primer teçhizatın işletme döneminde problem oluşturmayacak ve yönetmelik kriterlerini sağlayacak şekilde ilgili standartlara uygun boyutlandırması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda, yenilenebilir elektrik üretim santrallerinin şebekeye güveninilir şekilde bağlanabilmesini sağlamak amacıyla şebeke kriterleri (grid code) zorunlu hale getirilmiş olup, simülasyon çalışmalarında rüzgar parkının reaktif güç, frekans tepkisi, Fault Ride Through (FRT) desteği gibi hususlardaki davranışları incelenmiş olup elde edilen sonuçlar şebeke gereklilikleri açısından kritik edilmiştir.
