Abstract (2. Language): 
In the process of European Union integration, disintegration ought to be investigated as well as integration itself. One side of disintegration is opposition and the grayish one is scepticism. This article focuses on the main conceptions, reasons, motivations of Euroscepticism and various Eurosceptical groups and major discussions in this context. Although it is represented mostly at the national levels and by small groups, it is here argued that today scepticism has become a political reality rather than a social phenomenon. This article also claims that integrationist theorists and politicians both at European Union level and in the member countries shall heed more seriously henceforward with Eurosceptical positions, which have not been considered much until recently. This mentality necessitates for the Union new structural reforms.

Avrupa Birliği bütünleşme sürecinde, entegrasyonun kendisi kadar desentegrasyon da araştırılmalıdır. Desentegrasyonun bir tarafı karşıtlık, grimsi tarafı şüpheciliktir. Bu makale, Avrupa Birliği şüpheciliğinin ana kavramlarına, nedenlerine, motivasyonlarına, çeşitli şüpheci gruplara ve bu bağlamda yapılan temel tartışmalara yoğunlaşmaktadır. Yoğunluklu olarak milli düzeylerde ve genelde küçük gruplarca temsil edilmesine karşın, burada iddia edilmektedir ki, şüphecilik günümüzde sosyal bir olgu olmaktan ziyade siyasal bir gerçeklik olmuştur. Makale ayrıca, yakın zamanlara kadar çok önemsenmeyen şüpheci pozisyonlar ile gerek Avrupa Birliği katında gerekse üye ülkelerde entegrasyonist kuramcı ve siyasetçilerin artık daha ciddi ilgileneceklerini savlamaktadır. Bu anlayış, Birlik için yeni yapısal reformları elzem kılmaktadır.
