Difficulties are sometimes encountered in the echocardiographic diagnosis of congenital heart diseases. Agitated saline contrast echocardiography is frequently used in the diagnosis of heart diseases. Differential diagnosis is especially difficult when it is associated with positional abnormalities. In this paper a case of congenital heart disease, in whom the heart chambers were delineated by agitated saline contrast echocardiography, is presented.

Doğumsal kalp hastalıklarının ekokardiyografik tanısında zaman zaman güçlükler yaşanmaktadır. Ajite salin kontrast ekokardiyografi, kalp hastalıklarının tanısında sıkça kullanılmaktadır. Özellikle kalbin pozisyonunda değişikliklerle birlikte olduğunda kalp odalarının ayırımında güçlükler yaşanabilir. Bu yazıda ajite salin kontrast ekokardiyografi sayesinde kalp odalarını tanıyabildiğimiz bir doğumsal kalp hastalığı olgusu sunulmuştur.
