Symptoms in Hirschsprung disease may show variety from intestinal obstruction in newborns to chronic constipation in older children. Herein an atypical case of Hirschsprung disease with the only manifestation of vomiting in the neonatal period is presented, and it is aimed to discuss the atypical presentations of the disease.

Hirschsprung hastalığında belirtiler, yenidoğanda intestinal obstrüksiyondan daha büyük çocuklarda kronik konstipasyona kadar değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu yazıda yenidoğan döneminde sadece kusma şeklinde bulgu veren bir atipik Hirschsprung hastalığı olgusu sunularak, hastalığın atipik ortaya çıkan formlarının tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.
