Ciddi kas nekrozu yapmış dev yüzeyel femoral arter anevrizması: olgu sunumu

Giant superficial femoral artery aneurysm causing massive muscular necrosis: a case report

Abstract (2. Language):
Arterial pseudoaneurysms are vascular pathologies caused mainly by vascular trauma, infection, vasculitis, surgery or other invasive medical interventions. Arterial pseudoaneurysms may cause mortal or morbid complications such as arterial occlusion, infection, local compression, distal embolization and bleeding to the external or internal surface. These complications may threat the patient life. In this case report a huge pseudoaneurysm on the left superficial femoral artery which occurred after trauma will be presented. This case who had a huge aneurysm sac, compressing the surrounded muscles and caused massive muscular necrosis, will be discussed under literature knowledge.
Abstract (Original Language):
Arteriyel yalancı anevrizmalar, travma, enfeksiyon, vaskülit, cerrahi veya invaziv girişimlere bağlı olarak meydana gelebilen patolojilerdir. Yalancı anevrizma arteriyel kan akımında tıkanıklık, enfeksiyon, lokal bası semptomları, distal emboli, dışa ve çevre dokulara kanama gibi potansiyel komplikasyonlara neden olabilecek özelliklere sahiptir. Bu olgu sunumunda travma sonrası gelişmiş, ancak tedavi edilmemiş dev yüzeyel femoral arter anevrizması sunulmuştur. Olgu dev anevrizma duvarının ciddi ve yaygın kas nekrozuna neden olması yönünden ilginç bulunmuş ve literatür eşliğinde tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.
