Although ectopic tooth is generally asymptomatic, it sometimes may cause unexplained tooth sensitivity, and facial and tooth pain. It is usually diagnosed during routine clinical and radiological evaluation. Our cases were two patients with ectopic tooth who suffered from atypical facial pain. Computed tomography is necessary in the planning of diagnosis and treatment of ectopic tooth. The treatment is removal of the ectopic tooth

Ektopik diş çoğunlukla asemptomatik olmasına rağmen, bazen sebebi açıklanamayan diş hassasiyetine, yüz ağrısına ve dişlerde sızlama gibi yakınmalara sebep olabilir. Genellikle rutin klinik ve radyolojik incelemeler esnasında tespit edilir. Bizim olgularımız atipik yüz ağrısı ile beraber seyreden iki adet ektopik diş olgusuydu. Ektopik dişin tanısı ve tedavisinin planlanmasında bilgisayarlı tomografi gereklidir. Tedavi ektopik dişin çıkarılmasıdır
