Abstract (2. Language): 
Orthographic transcription is the general name given to the methods that are emerged from the use of conventional alphabetic writing systems enriched with certain annotations that reflect the features of the spoken language to the written language. As it can be understood from this expression, there are several different methods of a orthographic transcription. This article is going to discuss how to involve context of situation into the traditional orthograph¬ic transcription methods and then a new design of orthographic transcription method that aims to minimize the meaning loss is going to be suggested.

Abecesel çeviri - yazı yöntemi sözlü dili yazılı dile dönüştürürken kullanılan, alışıldık alfabetik yazı sisteminin konuşma dilinin özelliklerini yansıtan belirli etiketlerle zenginleştirilmesi sonucu ortaya çıkan, çeviri - yazı yöntemlerinin genel adıdır. Bu ifadeden de anlaşılabileceği gibi pek çok farklı abecesel çeviri - yazı yöntemi vardır. Bu makale, geleneksel çeviri - yazı yöntemlerine durum bağlamı bilgisinin ne şekilde eklenebileceğini tartışacak daha sonra da anlam kayıplarını en aza indirmeyi amaçlayan yeni bir çeviri-yazı tasarımı önerecektir.
