Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of passive recovery (PR), active recovery with 40% of maximal oxygen consumption (V02ma,) (AR%4oJ and 60% of V02max(AR%6oJ on lactate removal rate after Wingate Test as supramaximalleg exercise. Seven young male soccerplayers (age: 15.71 ± 0.49years, height: 176.14± 6.91 cm, body weight: 69.76 ± 9.44 kg, V02m.... 57.32 ± 3.92 ml.kg-f.dkf) were voluntarily pariicipated in this studyandperformed PR,AR%4()1 andAR%60 recovery methods after Wingate Testwith two days interval. The order ofthe tests was randomly assigned. Blood samples were taken from ear-Iobe at 0.,1.,3.,6.,9.,12.,15.,18., 21. and 24. minutes of recovery were used to analyse lactate (LA) level. Half-Life of blood lactate was estimated by using LA-time graphs. Friedman test was used to determine the differences among different recovery methods. Absolute and relative peak power, and average power values were similar for PR, AR%4o and AR%60 (p>0.05). Resting LA and peak LA values were found similar for PR, AR%4oandAR%6o(1.30± 0.17, 1.08±0.24, 1.40±0.38ve 12.90±2.85, 12.48± 1.96,12.80 ± 1.53 mmol.l:', respectively, p>0.05). Halflives forAR%4o (15.23±2.73 min) andAR%6o (14.72±1.98 min) were significantly lower than PR (23.32±4.90 min) (p<0.05). No significant difference was found in lactate between AR%40 and AR%60' In conclusion; blood lactate removal rate for both AR%40 and AR%60 was significantly higher than PR, however, there was no significant difference between the two active recovery methods.
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu çaltşmanm amacı, genç futbolcularda supramaksimal bacak egzersizi (Wingate Test) sonrasında pasif (PT) ve maksimal oksijen tüketiminin (V02mak.) % 40 (AT%4oJ ve % 60'lnda (AT%6oJ aktif toparlanmanm (AT) kandan laktatm uzaklaştmlma hızı üzerine etkisini incelemektir. çaltşmaya, 7genç erkekfutbolcu (yaş: 15.71 ± 0.49yıl, boy: 176.14 ± 6.91 cm, vücut ağlfllğl: 69.76 ± 9.44 kg, V02maks: 57.32 ± 3.92 ml.kg-1.dk-1 ) gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.Deneklere iki gün arayla üç kez 30sn'lik Wingate testi sonrasmda rastgele sıre ile PT, AT%40 veAT%60 uygulanmıştır. AT%40 (15.23±2.73 dk) veAT%60 (14.72±1.98 dk) esnasmda LA yanlanma süresi PT'den (23.32±4.90 dk) önemli derecede kısa bulunmuştur(p<0.05). AT%40 ve AT%6o'da LA yanlanma süreleri arasmda anlamlt fark septenmemıştır(p>0.05). Sonuç olarak, genç futbolcularda V02mak: m % 40 veya 60'mda aktif toparlanma esnesın-tie LA'nın kandan uzaklaştmlma hızı pasif toparlanmadan önemli derecede yüksek, ancak her iki aktif toparlanmada benzerbulunmuştur.
