A syndrome of continuous muscle fiber activity is a rare disorder, sometimes referred to as Isaacs' syndrome. II hile Isaacs' syndrome is considered a s/wradic disorder, several families with similar conditions have been previously described. Isaacs sendromu olarak ta bilinen sürekli kas lifi aktivitesi sendromu ender görülen bir hastalıktır. Sendromun sporadik olduğu söylenmisse de. daha sonra ki bildirimlerde aynı ailede birden çok kişide hastalığın görüldüğü belirtilmiştir.
