Abstract (2. Language):
Retinal vasculitis is a clinicopathologic event which effects retinal vessels and characterized by inflamation and necrosis of the blood vessels. It results from nonspecific immunologic reaction of the arterioles and venules against various antigenic agents. Etiopathogenesis is not clear but can be assosiated with infections, neoplastic degenerative and systemic inflammatory diseases. Retinal vasculitis is very important because of assosiated leading to blidness including neovascularization, intraretinal haemorrhages, sclerosis and fibrosis of retinal vessels, vitreous haemorrhages, macular edema, vascular occlusion, optic atrophy and retinal detachment.
