Abstract (2. Language):
Sweet's syndrome is a rare dermatosis which is characterized by painful red plaques, pyrexia, elevated neutrophil count, and acellular infiltrate consisting predominantly of neutrophils that are diffusely distributed in the upper dermis. It may be either associated with upper respiratory tract infections, hematologic malignancies, drug hypersensitivities, sarcoidosis, autoimmune disorders or may be idiopathic. In this case an idiopathic SS that is associated with bullous palmar lesions but not associated with malignancy is presented and SS diagnosis is discussed.
