Abstract (2. Language):
Behcet’s syndome is a multi systemic disease of unknown etiology characterized by oral and genital ulcers, and uveitis. Ophtalmological, dermatological, gastrointestinal, and neurological involvement can be seen. Central nervous system involvement is rarely an initial presenting manifestation of Behçet's disease. In Neurobehcet syndrome brainstem syndrome and meningoencefalitis are mostly described. Basal ganglia involvement is rare in Neurobehcet. Parkinsonism with Neurobehcet syndrome is rare in literature. Therefore we report a case of neurobehcet disease and parkinsonism
