Yenidoğanda Akut Böbrek Yetmezliği ve Akut Periton Diyalizi Uygulamaları

Acute Renal Failure in Neonates and Practice of Acute Peritoneal Dialysis

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Acute renal failure (ARF), very frequently observed in neonatal intensive care units, is a disease which is hard to treat, follow and which does not have good end results. The most important point in diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of ARF is the early differentiation of prerenal type from post-renal ARF and avoidance of intrinsic type ARF with intensive treatment. In this manuscript; we aimed to discuss this subject in detail, with our peritoneal dialysis experience in our neonatal intensive care unit during the last 6 months.
