Abstract (2. Language):
In spite of subungual squamous cell carcinoma is the most common malignancy affecting the nail bed, it is seen quite rare in the clinical practice. The clinical appearence is extremely variable. It can mimic some benign conditions. It rarely involves the toes. In this report, a 80 year-old man diagnosed as subungual squamous cell carcinoma was presented because of the rarity of both the disease itself and location of the lesion.
