Behçet disease which is characterized by a relapsing inflammatory process of unknown etiology presents several clinical manifestations involving many organ sy stems. Because of the multisystem nature of the disease different treatment modalities have been advocated and many others are still under investigation In this article, the clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria and recent advances in the treatment of Behcet's disease are reviewed. Etiolojisi bilinmeyen ve tekrar/ayıcı in/lamatııar olaylarla karakterıze olan Behçet hastalığı, birçok organ sistemini tutan çeşit/i klinik belirtilerle seyreder. Hastalığın mu/tisistemik özelliği nedeniyle değişik tedavi yöntem/eri önerilmekte, diğer birçok tedavi yönteminin de etkinliği halen araştırılmaktadır. Bu yazıda.
