Low back pain is very prevalent in general population . Treatment of non radicular back pain in the absence of deformity continues to be controversial. The epidural injection of a combination of a long-acting steroid with an epidural anesthetic is an excellent method of symptomatic treatment of back and leg pain from discogenic disease and other sources. In experienced hands the complication rate from this procedure is small. In this report we ıntroduce our experience in this treatment method for the patients having lumbar degenerative disc disease. Bel ağrısı genel populasyonda oldukça sık görülür. Deformitenin olmadığı non radiküler ağrılarda tedavi metodları halen tartışmalıdır. Disk ve diğer nedenlerden oluşan semptomatik bel ve bacak ağrılarında bir lokal anestetik ile kombine edilen uzun etkili steroidlerin epidural enjeksiyonları son derece etkili tedavi yöntemleridir. Tecrübeli kişilerin uygulamasında komplikasyon oranı son derece düşüktür. Bu yazımızda dejeneratif lumbal disk hastalarında epidural enjeksiyon tecrübelerimizi sunacağız.
