Çocuklarda Genitoüriner Travmalar

Genitourinary traumas in children

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
The frequency of genitourinary traumas, which are seen usually after blunt traumas in children is increasing quickly in correlation with technologic advances. Although genitourinary traumas are rarely the cause of death, there is a definite need for accurate diagnosis and treatment especially when one considers some of the long-term sequels of genitourinary injuries. In this article, pediatric genitourinary traumas are reviewed considering differences between adults and children. [Journal of Turgut Özal Medical Center 1998;5(1):97-104]
