Abstract (2. Language):
Purpose: Internships in Enterprise (IE) is considered as an element that guarantees
the connection between the University and the socio-economic world (business) where
both actors carry out their activities. The aim of this paper is threefold. On the one
hand, we investigate in the role with the PE in the process of professionalization of the
future graduate. On the other hand, emphasize the role played by ICT as an engine to
ensure and facilitate the creation of a network of communication between: Enterprise,
University and the student. Finally, we reflect and analyze those aspects that should be
improved and the extent that the application of information and communication
technologies can help in this task.Design/methodology: The methodology used is the implementation of the case
method. This methodology is the one that best ensures the attainment of the goals we
have proposed.
Findings: Shows that 67% of companies in which our students have made PE
contemplating hiring. 49% of companies in which our students have made PE have
encouraged participation in training courses. More than 76% of the students who have
made PE scored with a remarkably high the work carried out by the guardian in the
company. In this group the guardian has a note between the 8 and 10. The index of
satisfaction showing students is high. nine of every ten students in practices considered
carried out practices to bring value to their CV, which will make that you assess what is
best in future selection processes.
Research limitations/implications: Must be at the same method of case study.
Practical implications: Improve the employability of students University.
Social implications: Promoting practices has advantages for University, students and
businesses. The university has benefits because among other things increases the
satisfaction that the student is college and increase the visibility of the university both
nationally and internationally tissue.
Originality/value: We found a lot of articles about the usefulness of IE but the goal
has sometimes been little analysis of the application of ICT.

Objeto: La realización de prácticas en empresa (PE) está considerada como un
elemento que garantiza la conexión entre la universidad y el mundo socioeconómico
(empresas) donde ambos actores llevan a cabo sus actividades. El objetivo del presente
trabajo es triple. Por un lado, indagamos en el rol que tienen las PE en el proceso de
profesionalización del futuro graduado. Por otro, enfatizar en el papel que tienen las
TIC’s como motor para garantizar y facilitar la creación de una red de comunicación
entre: la empresa, universidad y el estudiante. Por último, reflexionar y analizar
aquellos aspectos que deben mejorarse y la medida en que la aplicación de las TIC’s
pueden ayudar en este cometido.
Diseño/metodología/enfoque: La metodología utilizada es la aplicación del Método
del Caso. Esta metodología es la que mejor garantiza la consecución de los objetivos
que nos hemos propuesto.
Aportaciones y resultados: Se observa que un 67% de las empresas en las que
nuestros estudiantes han hecho PE contemplan la posibilidad de contratación. Un 49%
de las empresas en los que nuestros estudiantes han realizado PE han fomentado la participación en cursos de formación. Más de un 76% de los estudiantes que han hecho
PE puntúan con un notable alto la tarea realizada por los tutores en la empresa. En este
grupo el tutor tiene una nota entre el 8 y el 10. El índice de satisfacción que muestran
los estudiantes es alto; nueve de cada diez estudiantes en prácticas consideran que las
prácticas realizadas aportarán valor a su CV, hecho que hará que se lo valore mejor en
futuros procesos de selección.
Limitaciones: Se deben al propio método de estudio de caso.
Implicaciones prácticas: Mejorar de la empleabilidad de los estudiantes universitario.
Implicaciones sociales: El fomento de las prácticas tiene ventajas tanto para la
universidad, los estudiantes y las empresas. Para la universidad tiene beneficios puesto
que entre otros aspectos incrementa la satisfacción que el estudiante tiene de la
universidad e incrementa la visibilidad de la universidad tanto en el tejido nacional
como internacional.
Originalidad / Valor añadido: Se ha escrito mucho sobre la utilidad de las PE pero el
objetivo poca veces ha sido el análisis que tiene la aplicación de las TIC’s.
