Abstract (2. Language):
In order to be succesful in global competition world the products must be satisfying for the needs of
different customers in different out of the world. This situation points out the importance of logistic sector
in the activities of companies. Besides, it is seen that the performance of the companies in logistic sector
is increased by the help of the usage of information technology. In this study, the usage of information
technology in the companies who study in the field of logistic sector is examined and the effect of
information technology on the general performance of the companies is studied.

Küresel rekabet ortamında basarılı olabilmek için üretilen ürünlerin dünya üzerindeki farklı yerlerde
bulunan ve birbirlerinden farklı olan müsterilerin isteklerini karsılaması kosulu giderek daha önemli hale
gelmektedir. Bu durum; tüm isletmecilik etkinliklerinde lojistik sektörünün önemini giderek
artırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte; lojistik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren isletmelerin bilisim teknolojileri
kullanımıyla performans artısı saglanmaktadır. Bu arastırmada; Konya ilinde lojistik sektöründe faaliyet
gösteren isletmelerde bilisim teknolojileri kullanım düzeyi incelenmis, bilisim teknolojilerinin genel
isletme performansına etkileri belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır.
