Abstract (2. Language):
The causality between TFP (Total Factor Productivity) and economic growth will be analyzed in this paper. The analysis is covering the years between 1987 and 2007. Firstly, TFP values are calculated for every year then the TFP values are regressed withannual Economic Growth rates by the least square method. Statistics show a significant linear relation between TFP and Economic Growth Rate.
