Abstract (2. Language): 
In 17 polyeythemia vera cases (unfreated or treated oııly with vcnasection) serum erythropoietin le-vels were measured. Median serum erythropoietin level was found to be 4.5+6.1 mlu/ml. Le-vels were subnormal in 9 cases, within normal range in 7 cases and high in one case. The diag-nostic value of serum erythropoietin determination was discussed.

Yeni ya da tedavi olarak sadece venoseksiyon yapılan 17 polisitemia vera vakasında serum eritropoietin düzeyi Ölçüldü. Ortalama serum eritropoietin düzeyi 4.5+6.1 mlu/ml olarak bulundu. 9 vakada düşük, 7 vakada normal ve 1 vakada yüksek değer bulundu. Polisitemia vera vakalarında serum eritropoietin düzeyinin tanı değeri tartışıldı.
