Ülkemizdekronikinflamatuvarhastalıklarınkomplikasyonlarındanolansekonderamiloidoza sıkçarastlanmaktadır .Genellikle,böbrek,kalp,karaciğer,gastrointestinalsistem,otonomve periferiksinirsistemiilederitutulumuönplandadır.Akciğeramiloidozisisekonderamiioido-zunnadirgörülentutulumudur.Akciğerdetrakeobronşiyai ,diffüzalveoler-septalvenodülcr parenkimaltutulumolabilmektedir.Buradaefordanefesdarlığıyakınmasıilegelenolgudain -vazivyöntemleriledesteklenendiffüzalveoler-septalanıiloidozisolgususunulmuştur.
