Abstract (2. Language):
Antichlymatic anticors in woman RİA and without RİA in patient with ectopic pregnancy and their relation ship with RİA. Chlamydia trachomatis is one of the most common causative agent of pelvic inflamator disease. Pelvik inflamatory disease is a well known risk factor of ectopic pregnancy. Anti Chlamydial antibodies have been studien in 30 patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy. 15 patients were Copper İUD users, the rest 15 were non users. Anti Chlamydia trachomatis IgM has been found positive in none of the patiients. Anti Chlamydia trachomatis IgG has been found positive in 5 patients in IUD users and in 1 patient in non IUD users group. The differance has been found not significant (p=0.168
Abstract (Original Language):
Chlamydia trachomatis pelvik enfeksiyonun, pelvik enfeksiyon ise ektopik gebeliğin nedenlerinden biridir. Ektopik gebelik tanısı konulmuş 15 bakirli rahim içi araç (RİA) kullanan ve 15 RİA kullanmayan hastada serumda anti- Chlamydial antikor değerleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Hiçbir hastada anti- Chlamydia trachomatis IgM pozitif saptanmamıştır. RİA kullanan hastalardan 5 tanesinde, RİA kullanmayanlardan ise yalnız bir tanesinde anti Chlamydia trachomatis IgG pozitif saptanmıştır. Bu ise istatistiki olarak anlamlı saptanmamıştır (P=0.168).
