PERIODONTAL HASTALIKLARDA POLİKLONAL B-LENFOSİT AKTİVASYONÜ

POLYCLONAL BLYMPHOCYTE ACTIVATION M PERIODONTAL DISEASES

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
The role of lymphocytes and some molecules which are synthesized by these cells in the pathogenesis of periodontal diseases are well known, lymphocytes are essential elements to define the host but some lymhocyte derived elements also activates tissue degredation. In this paper the role of polyclonal B lymhocyte activation İs tried to be expressed.
Abstract (Original Language):
Periodontal hastalıkların patogenezinde lenfositlerin Ve bu hücrelerin salgıladığı çeşitli ürünlerin rolü bilin¬mektedir. Lenfositlerin aktivasyonu normalde doku savunması için gerekli bir olay olmasına rağmen B-lenfositle-rinin poliklonal aktivasyonu esnasında ortaya çıkan pek çok ürün, doku yıkımını hızlandırarak veya aktive ederek periodontal hastalıkların patogenezinde rol oynar. Bu makalede periodontal hastalıkların patogenezinde poliklonal B-lenfosit aktivasyonu nun üzerinde durulmuştur.
