Enamel-resin-metal interfaces of Maryland bridges and the effects of different etching times on enamel and metal surface retention are observed by scanning electron microscope. The primary and young permanent teeth etched for 120 seconds by % 37 ortofosforic acid the Supranium alloy that is electrolytically etched for 6 minutes by nitric acid using 250 mAlcm.2 and 3-4 volt current have been found more effective on retention ofMaryland bridges,

Maryland köprüleri n mine-kompozit reçine-metal bağlantısı kesitleri, mine ve metal yüzeylerinin asitlenme sürelerindeki farklılıkların tutuculuğa etkileri SEM'de incelendi. Süt ve genç sürekli dişlerin % 37'lik ortofosforik asit ile 120 saniye, Supranium alaşımının ise nitrik asit ile 250 mA/cm2 ve 3A volt akım altında 6 dakika süre ile elek-rolitik olarak asitlenmesinin Maryland köprü tutuculuğunda daha etkili olduğu görüldü.
