In this article, two rare cases, diagnosed as lipoma, are reported. One of them was localized on the lower lip and the other situated on the right retromolar region. Lipomas of the oral cavity are uncommon and the lesions occur primarily in the cheek. One of our cases was localized on the right retromolar region, which was a rare localization for this kind of lesion. Both of the cases were removed with an excision.

Bu yazıda, ağız boşluğunda nadir rastlanan iki lipom vakası bildirildi. Bunlardan biri retromolar bölgede, diğeri alt dudakta lokalize olmuştu. Ağız boşluğunun lipomlarına sık rastlanmaz ve lez-yonlar genellikle yanakta lokalize olurlar. Bizim vakaları-mızmdan biri sağ retromolar bölgede lokalize olmuştu. Vakaların her ikisi de eksizyonîa alındı.
