In this study, the root resorption after replantation of mature permanent dog incisors was examined by SEM. Three groups consisting of nine extracted teeth were kept in a saline solution for 5, 30 and 120 before raplantation. The first group was replanted with the pulp intact. The second and third groups were replanted after root canal filling by CRCS. After 90 days, the teeth were extracted and the apical root surfaces were examined. Severe inflammatory root resorption was observed İn the first (intact pulp) group. For the root canal filled teeth, the degree of root resorption was observed to be much less in those kept in saline for 30 minutes in those keptfor 120 minutes

Bu çalışmada, replante edilen kök formasyonunu tamamlamış köpek kesicilerinde kök rezorpsiyonu incelendi. Üç grupta 9 diş kullanıldı. Çekilen dişler serum fizyolojik içerisinde 5, 30 ve 120 dakika bekletildikten sonra replante edildi. İlk grup dişler serum fizyolojikte 5 dakika bekletildikten sonra endodontik tedavi yapılmadan replante edildi, ikinci ve üçüncü grup dişler ise kök kanalları CRCS ile doldurulduktan sonra 30 ve 120 dakika içinde replante edildi. 90 gün sonra dişler çekilerek apikal kök yüzeyleri S.E.M. de incelendi. Endodontik tedavi yapılmadan 5 dakika sonra replante edilen dişlerde şiddetli iltihabı kök rezorpsiyonu görüldü. Kök kanalları doldurulan dişlerde ise, 30 dakika sonra replante edilen dişlerde 120 dakika sonra replante edilenlere göre daha az kök rezorpsiyonu tes-bit edildi.
