As is know pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is a benign epithelial tumor. It is also termed as mixed tumor tuh idi is originatedfrom minor or major salivary glands. This tumor comprises of % 75 of the total salivary gland tumors and frequently located in the palate, upper lip, tongue and dieek. The treatment of dioice in PA is surgical excision. In tliis article, two cases of PA localized in the palate and treated with two different surgical intervention were reviewed.

Pleomorfık adenom (PA) epitelyal kökenli bir tümördür. Selim mikst tümör olarak da adlandırılan bu tümör, büyük veya küçük tükürük bezlerinden kaynağım almaktadır. Tüm tükürük bezi tümörlerinin % 75'ini oluşturan bu tümör sıklıkla damak mukozası, üst dudak, dil ve yanakta görülmektedir. Pleomorfık adenom'un tedavisi cerrahi olarak tümörün çtkartılmasıdır. Bu yazıda, damakta lokalize olmuş veJarklt tekniklerle tedavi edilmiş iki PA olgusu bildirilmiştir.
