Abstract (2. Language): 
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is the most common form of leukemia with a prognosis better than any form of the disease. Oral manifestations of CLL are gingival hyperplasia, oral ulcerations, gingival infectious and gingival bleeding. We hereby report a 4!- year-old male with a history of asymptomatic chronic lymphocytic leukemia, presenting periapical rarefaction foci radiologically localized at maxillary and mandibulary first molar and maxillary first right incisor regions. The teeth had vital pulps. Affected teeth were extracted and lytic lesions were operated. Histologic examination of the obtained tissue revealed small lymphoplasmacytic infiltrations.

Kronik Lenfositik Lösemi (KLL), löseminin en sık karşılaşılan formu olup, löseminin diğer tiplerine oranla prognozu çok i? daha iyidir. KLL'nin ağız içi belirtileri gingival hiperplazi, oral ülserasyonlar, gingival infeksiyonlar ve gingival kanamadır. [i Vakamız, 41 yaşında, erkek, asemptomatik KLL hastası olup, radyolojik görünlüsünde vital olan alt ve üst !. molar dişlerin t apeksleri ile sağ üst I. kesici dişin apeksini çevreleyen rarefaksiyoıı odakları gözlenmekteydi. Etkilenen dişler çekildi ve \. kistik lezyonlar öpere edildi. Lezyonlarm histopatolojik İncelemeleri sonucunda küçük lenfoplasmasitik infiltrasyonlar gözlendi.
