Incisive canal cyst is a common, non-odontogenic, developmental cyst, which is generally located in the incisive canal of maxilla behind the two central incisors. These cysts appear to occur more frequently in males than in females anda re commonest in the fourth to sixth decades of life. A 44 years old male patient applied to our clinic with complaints of in the anterior palatal region of the maxilla. This lesion was thought as an incisive canal cyst and it was removed under local anesthesia and specimen was processed for histological observation. The lesion was later diagnosed as an incisive canal cyst. In this case report treatment options and differential diagnosis ve discussed.

tnsiziv kanal kisti, maksillada santral dişlerin hemen arkasında bulunan ınsiziv kanalda sık görülen non-odontojcnik gelişimsel bir kisttir. Bu kist yaşamın dördüncü ve altıncı dekatları arasında çoğunlukla erkeklerde görülür. 44 yaşındaki erkek hasta üst çene insİzİv kanal bölgesinde ağrısız bir şişlikle polikliniğimize başvurdu. Yapılan klinik ye radyolojik muayene sonrası Insiziv kanal kisti ön tanısı ile hasta, lokal anestezi altında ameliyat edildi ve kist tamamen çıkarıldı. Histopatolojik tanı, insiziv kanal kisti olarak bildirildi. Bu makalede, insiziv kanal kistinin tedavisi ve ayırıcı tanı yöntemleri tartışıldı.
