Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study, the effect of foreign aid to economic growth has been assessed. In respect of this view, it has been reached the finding that foreign aids is one of the factors which determines economic growth of recipient countries. But the fact that this situation realizes depends on that sound economic policies should be followed in the recipient countries and that a good governance should be in power. The experience of Sub-saharan African countries gelling the most aid also supports the findings mentioned above.

Bu çalışmada, dış yardımın ekonomik büyümeye etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda dış yardımın, yardım alan ülkelerin ekonomik büyümesini belirleyen faktörlerden birisi olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ancak, bu durumun gerçekleşmesi, yardım alan ülkelerde sağlam ekonomik politikaların izlenilmesi ve iyi yönetimin hüküm sürmesine bağlıdır. En fazla yardım alan Al t-sahra Afrika ülkelerinin deneyimi de yukarıda belirtilen bulguları desteklemektedir.
