Abstract (2. Language):
Organizational change is the change of any condition affecting the structure, technology and duties of the whole organization in a planned or unplanned way. Designing the new organizational structure, new duty process and the new technological infra-structure of any organization seems easy on the surface. However, the difficulty lies in the application of these designs, in the trust of the employees towards the changing processes and organization and their adaptation. Ail these factors can be realized through a mutual communication performed by taking the target masses into consideration.
