Abstract (2. Language): 
The information originates from the social, political and cultural changes, the increase of the number of people that needs information and technological development affects the education systems and causes new concepts. One of these new concepts is television teaching that its contents expands because distance education makes lifelong education possible. This transformation requires television teaching to be evaluated more extensive and not to be limited with professional teaching.
